

This N54 DCT converted hatch we tuned in 2017, at this stage the N54 platform did not have a solution to this issue which left us no other alternative except to pioneer.
Some of the challenges we faced with this vehicle were the 27psi boost limitation in the firmware. When we exceed 500rwkw/32psi we found blowby and oil burn in cylinders which caused misfire events. Further investigation proved the open deck bores were not upto task.
Engine components were strengthened with CP Carrillo rods & CP pistons with ARP stud kit. The transmission contained SSP clutch upgrade.
