Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. Custom or special-order items — including specific ECU harnesses, plug-and-play kits, and made-to-order parts — may require additional lead time. You will be notified of any delays before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or remote locations. Tuned by Apex is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Free shipping thresholds and promotional offers are applied automatically at checkout when applicable.
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Use this to monitor your delivery with the carrier. If you have not received tracking details within 4 business days of ordering, contact us at info@tunedbyapex.com.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Tuned by Apex is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address. Any redelivery costs incurred due to address errors will be charged to the customer.
International shipping is available on request for select products. Contact us for a custom quote and estimated delivery timeline before placing your order. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
For lost parcels, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate shipments where items are sourced from different suppliers. You will be notified in advance if your order will arrive in multiple parcels.
