CTS Turbo proudly introduces the Stage 2+ Turbo Upgrade Kit for BMW S58 engines, delivering massive power gains while maintaining full OEM fitment. Designed using advanced flow analysis and bench testing, this kit produces 825–900whp with stock-location turbos that work seamlessly with factory downpipes, intake, charge pipes, and wastegate actuators. No core exchange or custom parts are required—just a direct, bolt-on installation using factory hardware and gaskets.
Each turbo features a billet 53/70mm compressor wheel, 9-blade Mar-M 246 Superalloy turbine, and upgraded journal bearing CHRA for improved durability and spool. The 316 stainless steel housings have been enlarged to optimize flow, reduce WGDC, and improve throttle response. The result is high power and reliability, even under demanding boost levels.
VSR balanced to exceed OE specs, these turbos are designed to move more air at lower boost, reducing stress while maximizing performance. For additional gains, they’re compatible with larger turbo inlets, making this the perfect upgrade for S58-powered M2, M3, and M4 models aiming for serious performance.
