The CTS Turbo Throttle Body Inlet Kit is a high-performance upgrade designed for all 2018+ Audi RS3 and TTRS models equipped with the 2.5T DAZA or DNWA engine, including 8V, 8V.2, 8Y, and 8S chassis variants. Engineered to significantly improve airflow and throttle response, this kit features a cast aluminum throttle body elbow that delivers a 56% increase in internal volume over the stock part, with a CAD-optimized shape for maximum aerodynamic efficiency. Each unit is CNC-machined in-house to ensure perfect fitment and durability, and includes a billet aluminum throttle body spacer with two integrated ports for boost reference or water/methanol injection, making it ideal for both stock and big turbo builds.
The kit also includes a large-bore 2.75" throttle inlet pipe, custom-molded silicone couplers, and T-bolt clamps for a seamless installation between the intercooler and throttle body. It is compatible with factory and most aftermarket intake systems (excluding Eventuri), and works with both OEM and upgraded intercoolers. Additional features include dual 1/8" NPT bungs on the charge pipe for methanol nozzles, compatibility with both 1-bolt and 2-bolt MAP sensors, and hoses/fittings to support 2019+ DNWA engine configurations.
