

This N55-powered E90 was fitted with a high-performance hardware package but remained on a stock calibration — resulting in suboptimal fueling, overboosting, and inconsistent drivability.
After a complete custom ECU calibration, the car now produces 237 kW and 568 Nm, with power currently limited by the cooling capacity of the intercooler. The calibration was tailored for safe operation under increased airflow demands, ensuring consistent torque delivery and stable boost control.
